Our aim is not simply to prepare children for the next stage of school, but to nurture confident, curious and capable learners — young people who can think deeply, create boldly, collaborate with others and respond thoughtfully to a changing world.
As Rocket grows internationally, each setting contributes to a shared body of knowledge. Research, practitioner inquiry and classroom experience flow across the network, continually informing the Rocket Approach while allowing every school to remain deeply responsive to its own community, culture and place.

Our work is deliberately interdisciplinary, extending across curriculum and pedagogy, design-led environments, professional learning, international collaborations and family experience. Every detail — from spaces and materials to projects, learning pathways and professional practice — is considered through the lens of childhood, always exploring the edges of possibility and asking: what if? why not?
Our commitment extends beyond education itself. We support the rhythms and realities of modern family life while creating a connected international community of like-minded families. Our impact is felt beyond our classrooms. We contribute to international conferences, publications, research and professional learning, while Rocket Earth, our social-impact initiative, helps widen access to innovative, human-centred and creative approaches to education. For more than 17 years, this continual exchange between research, design and practice has shaped and evolved our distinctive educational model.
Rocket Productions was founded by Stuart Bamford with an ambition to challenge convention and create extraordinary, inspiring places for children and families. Today, our international team brings together educators, designers and creative thinkers.
Our educational vision and the continuing development of the Rocket Approach are led by Winsy Flores, Global Director of Education & Innovation, bringing together research, creative pedagogies, practitioner inquiry and international practice.
Rocket HQ provides the connective threads between our schools, protecting the integrity of the Rocket vision while supporting each setting to evolve, innovate and learn from the others. At Rocket, early education isn’t an afterthought. We prioritise depth over speed, creativity over conformity, and fulfilment over pressure.
